What if I show up late, can I still train that day?

Yes! If you arrive within 15 minutes of the session, it will be rendered with the remaining time.

I had an emergency after the 24 hr notice window, will I still be charged?

No. I understand that life happens and many things outside of our control. The session will have to be rescheduled and rendered within the month of purchase.

What if I can’t pay the for the full package?

With exception, packages can be paid 50% upon signing and the remaining once the half way mark is reached within the package. Ex. If a client buys a 12 pack, the remaining amount will be due before the beginning of the sixth (6th) session.

I have my own weights, can you come to my home for the session?

Yes! There is an additional fee for home visits. For all clients who own their own weights, the program best suited will be Beyond Remote.
